Prices Gîtes
Due to increased energy prices, we are unfortunately forced to increase prices.
Prices are per cottage and include :
- Rent
- Energy
- Water
- Bed linen
- Bath linen
- Kitchen linen
- Vascular tablets
- Final cleaning
- Waste disposal
- Parking
Not included :
- Breakfast 17.50 euros per person/per breakfast.
- Baby cot € 17.50 per stay.
- per dog € 17.50 per stay. The dog must be social to other dogs and people. If you bring a dog, please let us know when booking.
- tourist tax 2.50 € per person/per night
Extras should be requested at time of booking.
Payment :
The rent should be paid immediately after your confirmation of reservation by e-mail.
Cancellation :
The reservation is always binding.
In case of cancellation, we will refund the rental price only if we have been able to re-rent the flat you have rented for the same price and the same period.

Reservations should be requested by e-mail, stating address and telephone details
Important info :
Check-in between 16:00 and 19:00 (if later please signal) , check-out by 10:00.
We ask that everything is left tidy. The dishes should be done by you. Final cleaning is done by us afterwards.
For all disputes, only the courts of Marche-en-Famenne (Commercial Court and Court of First Instance) and Durbuy (Justice of the Peace) have jurisdiction
